A wonderful spacious apartment with a total area of 108 square meters, in a Stalinist building with two balconies and large windows facing the West and East.
The house has elements typical of modern interiors: we painted the old parquet floor in all rooms with a light gray paint. We did the same with some furniture items to emphasize and enhance the feeling of light and open space. The bathroom is decorated in Moroccan style, with a mosaic stained glass window made of small pieces of glass. Ceramic vases handmade are placed on the shelf. In the kitchen and bathroom, there are works by famous contemporary artists - Semen Agroskin and Fernando Jimeno Peres.
The apartment is filled with art, antique furniture, and lighting fixtures, as well as live indoor plants.
Outside the windows, there is a garden... All of this creates the impression of a lively traditional life.
Solution
Our team did not change the layout and tried to preserve the atmosphere of the old building, built in 1937, as if it had reached us almost unchanged from pre-war Soviet films. Only the bathroom with a round window was completely destroyed, and Alexey decided to remodel it in Moroccan style.
